Case Study – SAP S/4 HANA at Global Manufacturer

  • Degerman was employed to lead the SAP S/4 HANA Finance, Treasury and Controlling Delivery for One Stihl Project, which is to deliver S/4HANA 19/09 On-premises Release to all Manufacturing STIHL Countries (DE,CH,AT,BR,US,PH,CN) of the Stihl Group.
  • Defining the technology roadmap and the final template solution together with the client Business Process Owners and the Solution Architects, integrating Finance to OTC, PTP and PTM Streams, Conceptual design and coordination of Material Ledger activation and set-up for the Stihl Production companies.
